Thank you for supporting my fundraising efforts for the Navy SEAL Foundation as part of the Annapolis Frogman Swim. As you may know, our family has many ties with the USNA and NSW community and we love supporting the important work that they do. In addition to Paul being a Navy Veteran, our nephew being a Navy SEAL, and our oldest son committing to attend the USNA to play lacrosse, I also had the honor this year of being the Assistant Coach for the USNA Women's Varsity Triathlon Team. I am truly grateful to have the opportunity to swim in the Chesapeake Bay this April to honor and support our Naval Special Warfare (NSW) community.

100% of the net proceeds from the Annapolis Frogman Swim will be donated to the Navy SEAL Foundation (www.navysealfoundation.org), which has earned the coveted four stars and 100% rating from Charity Navigator. The organization's mission is to provide immediate and ongoing support and assistance to the Naval Special Warfare community and their families by:

Providing immediate and ongoing tragedy assistance for families who have lost a loved one in training or combat.

Supporting family events to boost morale and encourage camaraderie.

Awarding scholarships and providing educational assistance to families of the Naval Special Warfare Community

Preserving the rich history and heritage of the Naval Special Warfare community.
